One fine documented vessel, "Selene". Classic Pearson 30, seldom used, in lovely condition after complete refurbishment. All new Lee Sails used once or twice, rebuilt Palmer engine, very low hours, then winterized and recently completely tuned. Starts and runs perfectly. Teak appointed cabin, Custom Dodger and Sail Covers in Navy Blue. Roller furling Genoa with Navy blue luff cover. Storm Jib and Mainsail all new and used sparingly. Boom traveler in aft cockpit, Edson Pedestal Wheel steering with Ritchie Compass in cockpit. Teak cockpit combings. Designer cabin appointed with Brass Lamps, Roman Shades. Pressurized hot and cold running water, with auxiliary rubber shower nozzle in head. Lectra-San head. All boating gear ie., Fenders (3), life preservers (4), docking lines, sheets, Lew-mar self-tailing winches with handles remain on board. Dry dock location, Mt. Sinai, Long Island New York.
